After taking a course in sugarcraft, I found that making cakes for family did not give me enough opportunity to practice my craft.  I am now happy to take orders from anyone in my local area of Uttoxeter and surrounding districts.

Although I work from home, for the peace of mind of prospective clients, my kitchen has been inspected and approved by the East Staffordshire Borough Council's Environmental Health Department.

I am a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild.
