After taking a course in sugarcraft several years ago, I found that making cakes for family and friends did not give me enough opportunity to practice my craft.  I set up the business in February 2008.

I work from home, and my kitchen has been inspected and approved by the East Staffordshire Borough Council's Environmental Health Department.

I am a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild.
